Function Room
The Lightcliffe hosts a superb, large function room that is perfect for all your celebratory needs. This popular venue is available for hire for celebrations such as birthdays, gig nights, general get-togethers and more formal functions such as proms, weddings, christenings, etc. With its own well-stocked, private bar, this venue can hold up to 100 people with sit down catering or 150 people with a buffet or without catering. Other first floor facilities include male and female toilets, a kitchen and a food-service room with Bain Maries available for hot and cold buffets.

We have recently fully renovated our Function Room, modernising the facilities to make our Function Room stand out, even more than it already does, from other facilities available in the area.
The venue comes with its own stage perfect for hosting singers, bands and DJ’s; The Lightcliffe Function Room also comes with an optional in-house DJ, sweet cart and catering; hit ‘Contact Us’ for a personalised quote based on your requirements.
This room is one of the best equipped in the area hosting its very own sprung dance floor; this provides fabulous foundations for our weekly dance classes hosted by the lovely Jess Francis and Kirsty Marshall, more information below.
The cost to hire the room is subject to Terms and Conditions, set out below;

£200.00 will always be payable upfront.

£100.00 is for the Room Hire (£35.00 deposit due on booking to confirm the date), this is non-refundable.

£100.00 is for the Damage Deposit (which is fully refunded 48 hours after the event assuming there is no damage).

Additional Terms and Conditions are as follows;

Available for hire for parties on Friday and Saturday evenings only; we have regular clients who utilise our Function Room throughout the week and on Sundays.

Room Hire is from 7.30pm; if an earlier start is preferred, the charge for the room is £25.00 per extra hour required.

Not available for 18th and 21st birthday parties. This is a decision that was made due to the logistics around hosting these events safely.

Minimum 50 guests due to the size of the room.
